Services Offered Private Pilates Jerusalem provides professional Pilates sessions, both online and in-person, at our studio located in Jerusalem. Our services are tailored to meet the individual fitness and wellness goals of our clients. eCommerce Terms Our website allows clients to purchase sessions, packages, and related Pilates equipment. All transactions are processed in accordance with secure payment protocols. Prices are listed in ILS (Israeli Shekel) and are subject to change without notice. Privacy Policy We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected through our website is used solely for the purpose of booking sessions and communicating with clients. We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent. Cancellation Policy To respect the time of our instructors and clients, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time are free of charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session time will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost. This fee compensates our instructors for their time and maintains a fair scheduling policy for all clients. Liability Waiver Clients participating in Pilates sessions, whether online or in-person, agree to release Gigi Sports and its instructors from any claims, demands, and causes of action as a result of voluntary participation in any exercise program. Amendments We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes signifies your agreement to those changes. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Israeli courts.
